癫癎性精神障碍

方法：对52例经司法精神病鉴定为癫癎性精神障碍患者的EEG资料进行回顾性分析。

Methods : A retrospective analysis of EEG was done in 52 patients with epileptic mental disorders diagnosed by judicial psychosis expertise .

结论：癫癎性精神障碍EEG有其特征性改变，与其病因、发作频次、精神障碍表现和临床发作类型有关，但与案件类型无关。

Conclusion : EEGs of patients with epileptic mental disorders might be of characteristic changes and might be related to the manifestation of mental disorder and clinical seizure type , but not related to the criminal type .

Analysis on EEG of 52 patiens with epileptic mental disorders diagnosed by judicial appraisal

目的：探讨经司法精神病鉴定为癫癎性精神病障碍者的脑电图（EEG）改变特点，及与精神障碍表现、临床发作类型、案件类型的关系。

Objective : To study the characteristics of EEG changes in patients with epileptic mental disorders diagnosed by judicial psychosis expertise , and their relationship with the mental disorders , clinical seizure type and the criminal type .
