目的：观察比较润肠丸方混煎颗粒冲剂（混煎剂）与单味中药颗粒剂（单煎剂）对胃肠激素分泌的影响。
Objective : To observe the influence of Runchang Wan ( RW ) prepared by separate decoction ( SD ) and combined decoction ( CD ) on the secretion of gastrointestinal hormone .

结果：润肠通便浓缩丸对正常及便秘模型小鼠大肠蠕动均有明显促进作用。
Result : This pill can obviously promote the peristalsis of large intestine of normal and constipation mice models .
