  6. 橙皮苷本身生物利用度较低(25%),而苷元橙皮素半衰期短,口服给药后消除快,需频繁给药来维持有效血药浓度,从而限制了它们的临床应用。

    But the difficulty with hesperidin is low bioavailability ( 25 % ) . Hesperetin needs frequent drug administration to keep the level of plasma concentraion , because of its short biological half-life period and fast elimination after oral administration , which limits their clinical application .

  7. 其主要来源于橙皮苷的水解,其糖苷在人肠道菌群作用下水解生成橙皮素而发挥作用。在药材陈皮、青皮、枳壳中含量也很高,是其中主要的药效活性成分之一。

    Under the effect of intestinal flora , the glucoside is hydrolyzed into hesperetin and come into play . Hesperetin contents very high in crude medicine such as dried and green orange peel , and becomes one of their active ingredient .
