    Objective : To investigate regulative actions of Gegen Decoction , Guizhi Decoction on expressions of interleukin-1 β( IL-1 β) and inducible nitric oxide synthase ( iNOS ) mRNA in the cervical intervertebral disc .

  13. 柴胡桂枝汤治疗临床总有效率95.6%,血清IgG浓度较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),IgG亚类缺陷纠正率71.4%。

    The effective rate of the CGD group was 95.6 % . The IgG and IgG1 levels were increased after treatment as compared with before treatment ( P < 0.05 ), and the ISD correcting rate being 71.4 % .

  14. 结论:桂枝汤对高血压伴高体温复合病理状态,具有降低血压和解热的作用,对心肌和下丘脑组织中VIP含量亦具一定的调节作用。

    Conclusion : Guizhi Tang can decrease blood pressure and has antipyretic effect on complex pathological model of hypertension with hyperpyrexia , and modulate VIP levels of cardiac muscle and hypothalamus tissues .

    Results : The drop of body temperature in rats induced by aminopyrine was counteracted and the PKA and PKC activities increased significantly after oral administration of Guizhi Tang .

    To observe the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction ( CGD ) on Immunoglobulin ( Ig ) and IgG subgroup in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection ( RRTI ) .

  17. 方法:采用免疫扩散法和酶联免疫吸附法,检测了23例RRTI患儿柴胡桂枝汤治疗前后Ig和IgG亚美的含量,并与正常对照组比较。

    Methods : Levels of ig and IgG subgroup were measured in 23 cases of children with RRTI before and after treating with CGD , and compared with those in the control group .

  18. 目的:研究桂枝汤有效部位A(Fr.A)在双向调节体温的同时对下丘脑热休克蛋白(HSP)的影响。

    Objective : To investigate the effect of active fraction A in Guizhi Decoction ( Fr.A ) on dual directional thermoregulation and its mechanism of influencing heat shock protein ( HSP ) in hypothalamus .

  19. 取口饲给予桂枝汤后的大鼠血清进行体外抗病毒实验,发现该血清(1∶4)抑制单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型等4株病毒对Hep-2细胞的增殖;

    From the in vitro experiment with rats ′ serum after the oral administration of Guizhi decoction , it was found that the serum ( 1 ∶ 4 ) could inhibit the proliferation of four strains of viruses including herpes simplex virus I type in Hep 2 cells .
