杞麓湖属于云南九大高原湖泊中污染较为严重的一个湖泊，其目前的地表水质基本保持在五类水质的标准。

Qilu Lake is a serious pollution lake of the nine lake of Yunnan province , currently , its surface water quality is still on the five water quality standard .

近几年监测表明，杞麓湖水体中藻量减少，透明度增加，说明藻量变化对透明度影响极大。

According to the monitoring statistics in recent years , the alga volume in the Qilu Lake decreases and the transparency improves which means that the change of alga volume has significantly influence on water transparency .
