He Hua , 39 , the dean of Kunming University , has set up a store on Taobao where employers can browse and ' buy ' the young graduates .

7月2日，校长何华在毕业典礼上面对4500名师生宣布淘宝“昆明学院人才店”成立。

Mr He unveiled the online store at a graduation ceremony attended by 4500 students and teachers on July 2 .

近日，昆明学院已经开始筹备大学生网上创意集市，让学生的创意作品得到更好的展示。另外，该校还将打造融资平台，为有出色创业资历的学生提供资金，帮助他们实现梦想。

The university has also recently started its own online creative market for students to help them showcase their own products as well as has a financing platform which offers students with outstanding entrepreneurial credentials the capital to realise their ambitions .
