在恒参信道条件下，本文在分析上下行链路信道的SINR关系的基础上，提出了能够同时传输多用户数据的最小功率分配约束条件，此约束条件能够满足各业务的最低BER要求。
Assuming parametric stabilization channel , the minimum power allocation condition , which supports multi simultaneous transmissions and can meet minimum BER requirements of these transmissions , is educed to schedule data packet efficiently , according to analysis of SINR of code channel in uplink and downlink .
