方法选择2000-01/2004-01张家界市人民医院儿科收治的缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生儿148例，发病时间均在出生72h内，监护人知情同意。
METHODS : 148 neonates with hypoxia-ischemia brain injury within 72 hours of birth admitted to the Department of Pediatrics , People 's Hospital of Zhangjiakou between January 2000 and January 2001 were selected and inform consents were obtained from all the guarantees .
