方法：43例初发Colles骨折患者，骨折后均给予手法复位小夹板固定。

METHODS : Totally 43 patients with primary Colles fracture were treated with manual diaplasis and small splint immobilization .

结论：Colles骨折小夹板固定后采用握力健身器运动可以预防桡骨骨密度的下降。

CONCLUSION : Gripping exercise can prevent the decrease of the radius bone density after Colles ' fracture treated with small splint immobilization .

目的：评价国产超高分子量聚D、L乳酸小夹板螺钉内固定系统在下颌骨骨折内固定中的疗效。

PURPOSE : To evaluate the clinical value of internal fixation of mandibular fractures with super-high molecular weight PDLLA plates and screws .

按JOA肩关节功能评分标准，以甩肩疗法治疗的肱骨外科颈骨折肩关节功能优于小夹板固定。

According to grade standard of shoulder function instituted by JOA , we found that the patients ' shoulder function treated by swing shoulder were better than those treated by splint fixation .

结论：在下颌骨单纯线性骨折治疗中，PDLLA小夹板螺钉是一种可选择的骨折内固定材料，优点是不需要二次手术取出。

CONCLUSION : Bioabsorbable PDLLA plates and screws can be selectively used for internal fixation in single linear mandibular fractures , with the advantage that they do not need to be removed .
