本文在指出功能不存在定比尺度层次的量度的基础上提出了功能和价值的模糊量度（测量）模型，对功能的主观评分机制作了理论上的探讨。
This paper approaches the subjective marking mechanism for function . It points out that there is no measuring method for the layer of ratio scale of function and a fuzzy measuring model for function and value is presented in this paper .
