An Analysis of High School Physical Education at Ningbo

通过对宁波市中学教师继续教育的调研，新一轮的培训实现方式应以网络培训、专题讲座、课题研究为主；

From the survey of the continuous education work in Ningbo cantonal , we suggest that the major ways of training should be network training , lectures and task researches .

宁波市中学教师锻炼内容选择广泛，主要是健身走、大小球类、长跑。锻炼时间段主要集中在晚上和上午。

There are many choices of training for middle-school teachers in Ningbo , mainly including fitness walking , ball games , long-distance running , etc. Exercise period is mostly in the evening and morning .

宁波市中学教师进食有规律，但饮食不合理，睡眠质量一般，吸烟比例不高，但被动吸烟比例较高。

Middle-school teachers in Ningbo have meals regularly , however , they take unreasonable dietary patterns , and the sleeping quality is also poor . The proportion of them who smoke is not very high , but passive smoking is higher .

An investigation into the present conditions of PE teachers in 45 middle schools in Ningbo urban district shows that there are many problems in the aspects of age , title , sex , record of schooling , the ability in research and teaching , continuous education etc.
