    Methods 55 patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated , firstly apocrine glands were excised by subcutaneous pruning , and then other apocrine glands in the deep of dermis were demolished by CO2 laser vaporization .

  14. 方法:根据腋窝皮肤及大汗腺解剖结构特点,采用超薄皮瓣联合筋膜层8字缝合法治疗腋臭术后复发24例,随访18例。

    Methods : According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland , 24 cases of relapse of postoperative hircismus with way of super thin flap and " 8 " closure in fascia , following-up 18 cases .

  15. 结论:大汗腺修剪法治疗腋臭复发率和病理切片大汗腺残留率均低,是目前手术治疗腋臭的一种较为理想的方法。

    The incidence rate of surgical complications of two methods are similar . Conclusion : The method of apocrine sweat gland pruning with a little pathological slices apocrine gland remain and low recurrence rate is the better choice of treatment of osmidrosis .

  16. 结论采用微创结合电灼破坏大汗腺的手术方法治疗腋臭,方法可行,疗效可靠持久,并发症少,且能保持腋部正常形态、功能。

    Conclusions Treatment of bromhidrosis by destroying big sweat glands with small incision and fulguration technique was feasible , its curative effects were credible and permanent , its complications were fewer and this operation method can keep axillary configuration and function as usual .

  17. 人体汗腺分小汗腺与大汗腺(浆腺)大汗腺是产生狐臭的根源。因为汗腺导管阻塞,汗液溢入皮肤各层而产生不同的发炎反应。

    The sweat gland of human being consists of eccrine gland and large sweat gland ( apocrine gland ) which is the root of body odor . Blockage of ducts causes sweat to escape into various levels of the skin and produce different inflammatory reactions .
