The 44 gravidas with FGR were randomized into treatment group with amino acid by a pediatric administration to the amniotic cavity formula and control group with intravenous infusion of compound amino acid .

对照组80例,常规5%复方氨基酸注射液500mL、5%葡萄糖注射液250mL、肌苷注射液0.5g、维生素C注射液2g静脉点滴,每日1次,10d为1个疗程。
The control group 80 cases 5 % compound amino acid 500mL 、 5 % glucose injection 250mL 、 inosine injection 0.5g 、 Vitamin C injection 2g intravenous drop , one time per day , ten days a period of treatment .

化疗期间常规饮食,每周加静脉高营养3天,平均复方氨基酸1.82g/kg/日、萄葡糖8g/kg/日。两例病人分别经2、4疗程治疗后体重、白蛋白增加。
During chemotherapy , the patients were given usual diet and the intravenous hyperalimentation supplemented for 3 days each week containing mixtures of amino acids 1.82g/kg/ day and hypertonic dextrose 8g / kg / day in average .
