第三步用溴化钾作漂浮密度梯度区带离心，和第四步用蔗糖密度梯度速率区带纯化所得的HBsAg光密度单位剩余为0.32%，也就是去除了99.68%杂蛋白，回收率为73.4%。
Further purification was done by KBr buoyant-zonal density gradient centrifugation , and sucrose rate-zonal density gradient . The obtained HBsAg optic density unit of the remainder was 0.32 % , i. e. 99.68 % of other proteins were removed .
