城楼建于与城墙相联的洞券门之上，其台基为长方形，样式为重檐歇山式箭楼。墙板模板安装见附图4。在模板拆除对拉螺栓拿出后，采用微膨胀水泥砂浆封堵。

Wall form installation please see attached sketch No. - 4 . Expended cement mortar shall be used for sealing after form dismantled and pull bolts removed .
