方法对照组口服仙特明片10mg，1次/d，同时予氧化锌软膏外用。

Methods The subjects in control group were given Zyrtec 10 milligram per day and topical zinc oxide , oint while the subjects in therapeutic group were added SNMC 50 milligram orally , three times a day .

Objective : To assess the efficacy and safety of Zyrtec drops which is a patent product of UCBpharma in treatment of allergy rhinitis in children .

方法：按随机抽样的方法，对47例2～6岁常年性和季节性变应性鼻炎患儿口服仙特明滴剂治疗，于治疗前，治疗后1、2、3周对11项指标观察记分。
