Last year , at the top of the market , he sold busaba eathai , a micro chain of two restaurants that started in Wardour street in 1999 .

These days he does not eat there or even stop by to see how things are going .

He believes that with recession returning , his timing is perfect for another try at a Chinese fast-food venture .
