方法：显微镜下经纵裂胼胝体入路切除三脑室肿瘤及猪囊虫8例。

Methods : 8 patients with third ventricle tumors or pigs were operated cysticercus on via the approach of transcallosum-hemispheres .

选择6例松果体区、第三脑室肿瘤患者行经穹窿间中间帆入路手术治疗。

Soon afterwards , operations of interforniceal interpositum approach were successfully performed in6 patients with the tumors in pineal region and third ventricle .

结论经穹窿间中间帆入路手术治疗松果体区、第三脑室肿瘤技术上可行，临床应用效果良好。

Conclusion Interforniceal interpositum approach is feasible for the tumors in pineal region and third ventricle , with satisfactory effects in clinical application .

10例侧脑室及三脑室后部肿瘤患者采用内镜下肿瘤活检、全切或部分切除，有8例明确病理诊断后改用其他治疗方式治疗。

Biopsy , total or partial remove of tumor were completed with endoscope in 10 cases with tumor in lateral or third ventricular , other therapeutics were given to 8 cases after the pathological diagnose were definite .

Results Thirty-seven patients suffered from hypothalamus injury , which was closely associated with the tumor invasion to the bottom of the third ventricle of the brain or hardness of the tumor mass .

结果CD45标记的炎症反应在累及三脑室底部的颅咽管瘤组织广泛存在，ICAM-1主要在肿瘤内层细胞及间质细胞表达，向三脑室底部生长的肿瘤基底层细胞无阳性表达。

Results The inflammations labeled by CD45 were identified commonly in the craniopharyngioma tissues involving the third ventricular floor . The expression of ICAM-1 was mainly in the inner tumor cells and interstitial cells , but not detected in the basilar tumor cells growing toward the third ventricular floor .
