本试验以“八月脆”桃果实为试材，研究了丁香叶油对桃果实的保鲜作用。

结果：超临界CO2流体萃取丁香叶油的最佳萃取工艺条件为：萃取温度65℃、萃取压力30mPa、CO2萃取时间3h，萃取率最高达6.0%。
Results : the best extraction technique is : the extraction temperature is 65 ℃, the pressure is 30 mPa , the time is 3 hour , the extraction efficiencies is 6.0 % .
