Objective To investigate the clinical application of clavicular Hook Plate in lateral clavicular fracture ( Neer ⅱ) and acromioclavicular joint dislocation ( Tossy ⅲ) .

目的探讨插入式锁骨钩钢板在锁骨肩峰端骨折（NeerⅡ）和肩锁关节脱位（TossyⅢ）的临床应用效果。

Conclusion : Lateral clavicular fracture ( Neer ⅱ) and acromioclavicular joint dislocation ( Tossy ⅲ) treated with AO / ASIF clavicular hook plate is a effective surgical method .

结论：AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的一种较好的手术方法。

Objective : To explore the efficacy of clavicle hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular articulation dislocation ( Tossy ⅲ type ) and fracture of the acromion end of clavical ( Neer ⅱ type ) .

目的：探讨应用AO锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型的肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型的锁骨肩峰端骨折的疗效。

Conclusion : For the treatment of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation of Tossy ⅲ, the methods of transferring acromiocoracoid ligament to treat acromioclavicular dislocation has the reliability of treatment effectiveness , so it is a good way to heal acromioclavicular joint dislocation .

结论：喙肩韧带转位治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位是一种疗效可靠的手术方法。

Methods From July 2001 to August 2003 , 17 patients with acute lateral clavicular fracture ( Neer ⅱ) and acromioclavicular joint dislocation ( Tossy ⅲ) were treated with AO / ASIF clavicular hook plate combined with ligment suture .

方法从2001年7月至2003年8月，运用AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板及韧带修补技术，治疗了17例急性锁骨远端骨折（NeerⅡ型）和肩锁关节脱位（TossyⅢ型）的患者。

Conclusion : Treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular articulation ( Tossy ⅱ type ) and fracture of the acromion end of clavicle ( Neer ⅲ type ) with the AO clavicle hook plate is less invasive , more effective and safe .

结论：AO锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨肩峰端骨折，具有创伤小，疗效好，安全性高的特点。

Methods From September 2000 to October 2003 , 33 cases with acromioclavicular joint dislocation ( Tossy ⅲ) or distal clavicle fractures ( Neer ⅱ) were treated with insertion type ( AO / ASIF ) or knuckle-protruded type ( WALDEMAR LINK ) clavicular hook plates .

方法自2000年9月至2003年10月采用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位（TossyⅢ型）及锁骨外侧端骨折（NeerⅡ型）共计33例。
