Objective To investigate the application of LigaSure ( LVSS ) in extensive devascularization around the cardia and lienectomy .

Thirteen cases in simple devascularization group had complications including subphrenic infections , reactive pleural effussion , hepatic failure and recurrent variceal bleeding in a short term postoperatively , while only 2 cases had reactive pleural effusion in LVSS group .

单纯断流组术后有13例患者出现并发症（膈下感染、反应性胸腔积液、肝功能衰竭、术后近期再出血），1例死亡；LVSS组仅2例出现反应性胸腔积液。

At first week of AMI , the parameters such as left ventricular systolic function ( LVSF ), left ventricular diastolic function ( LVDF ) and left ventricular systolic synchronization ( LVSS ) systolic synchronization function were measured by equilibrium radionuclide angiography ( ERNA ) .

入院后第1周应用平衡法核素心室造影（ERNA）测定左室收缩功能（LVSF）、舒张功能（LVDF）、收缩同步性功能（LVSS）各参数。
