Purpose : To investigate the pathologic basis of the abnormal signals detected on magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI ) in Shy Drager syndrome ( SDS ) and striatonigral degeneration ( SND ) .

目的：探讨Shy－Drager综合征（SDS）、纹状体黑质变性（SND）MRI异常信号与病理改变的关系。

Surgery tracheal intubation , ventilator ( Drager Fabius GS , Germany ), induced by drugs : Propofol , sufentanil , cisatracurium ; Maintenance medication : propofol , according to need surgery to requires sufentanil .

手术行气管插管全麻，呼吸机（德国德尔格FabiusGS），诱导用药：异丙酚，舒芬太尼，顺式阿曲库胺；维持用药：异丙酚，根据手术需要追加舒芬太尼。
