用面积归一法计算其含量，结果为：雪松烯60.57%，α-荜澄茄烯2.12%，罗汉柏烯14.21%。

The results show cedrene at 60.57 % , alpha-cubebene at 2.12 % , and thujopsene at 14.21 % .

果皮与果肉主成分为α-荜澄茄烯含量分别为32.41%与41.38%。

The predominant ones of which in the peel and the flesh was . alpha . - Cubebene ( relative content : 32.41 % and 41.38 % ) .

结论黑老虎挥发油中主要成分为异石竹烯、δ-榄香烯、乙酸龙脑酯、δ-荜澄茄烯、β-古芸烯、γ-依兰油烯及其水合物。

Conclusion The main compounds of volatile oil from Radix Kadsurae Coccineae are iso-caryophyllene , δ - elemene , bornyl acetate ,δ - Cubebene ,β - Gurjunene ,γ - Muurolene .
