目的评价颊脂垫瓣在修复口腔黏膜缺损中的应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of the buccal fat pad flap in reconstruction of defects of the oral mucosa .

经临床应用9例，证实颊脂垫瓣可修复大到5cm×3cm左右的组织缺损，术后颊脂垫瓣一期愈合，组织缺损得到修复，疤痕挛缩不明显。

Nine cases were treated with this method , testifying that this method could repair an area of 5 cm 3 cm defect . The fat pad healed in one stage within 10 days , the scar ass not evident .

方法采用带蒂颊脂垫瓣衬里，在工作模型上精确预成钛网支架植入，钛钉固定。结果19例经临床应用，证实颊脂垫瓣可修复大到5cm×3cm左右的组织缺损。

Then the Titanium mesh braces were placed in the model with pedicle buccal pad inside , fixing with Titanium nails . Results Nineteen cases were treated with this method . The results showed that this method could reconstruct an area of 5 cm × 3 cm defect .
