    Results There were 5 male and 1 female , with age ranged from 5 to 16 years ( mean 10 ) . Main clinical feature was high intracranial pressure .

  11. 结论对于临床有颅内高压和局灶神经功能缺损表现,尤其是产褥期或有感染者,应警惕颅内静脉系统血栓形成,需行头颅CT和MR检查确诊,并尽早抗凝治疗。

    CT and MRI examinations were helpful in the diagnosis . Conclusion For patients who present both intracranial hypertension and focal neurological defects , especially during the puerperium or with infection episodes , CT and MRI examinations should be performed to detect intracranial venous thrombosis .

  12. 目的比较亚低温与常温治疗428例重型颅脑损伤(GCS≤8)合并脑挫裂伤脑水肿、颅内高压病人的效果。

    Objective To compare the effect of mild hypothermia versus normathermia on the outcome of 428 severe traumatic brain injured patients with severe cerebral contusion and intracranial hypertension ( GCS ≤ 8 ) .

  13. 结论早期开颅手术,解除颅内高压,控制肺部感染,密切监测各器官功能,加强对器官功能的支持,可降低MSOF的发生率。

    Conclusion It is helpful to decrease the incidence of MSOF that are early craniotomy and relieving raised ICP , controlling infection of lungs and inspecting and sustaining the functions of organs .

  14. 在脑电图出现IRDA的14例中,11例临床有颅内高压表现,提示IRDA是大脑中线深层结构受累时脑电图上一种特殊的表现形式。

    Of 14 with IRDA on FEG . 11 showed intracranial hypertension , suggesting that IRDA might be one of specific forms if the deep middle structure of the brain was involved .

  15. 方法:138例颅内高压患者用fVEP与腰椎穿刺测压或脑硬膜外测压法同时检测,有创监测均在fVEP完成后进行。

    METHODS : Totally 138 patients with acute intracranial hypertension were detected with fVEP and lumbar puncture or extradural intracranial pressure monitoring methods at the same time ; invasive monitoring was performed after fVEP .
