本文针对这种现象进行分析研究，对材料为W（18）Cr4V的锯片铣刀进行热处理和性能试验，根据产生变形、裂纹的原因，提出了有效的热处理方案，从而提高锯片铣刀的性能。

The heat treatment , performance test on saw-tooth milling cutters made of W_ ( 18 ) Cr_4V were performed respectively . The cause for deformation and flaw was found . An efficient heat treatment plan was proposed and the performance of saw-tooth milling cutters was improved .
