苔藓化

结果：两组治疗前后苔藓化评分比较差异有显著性（P<0·05）；

Result : Lichenification evaluation of two groups were different ( P < 0.05 ) .

其中，急性期以丘疹、水疱、结痂及红斑等为临床特征，慢性湿疹则以干燥、鳞屑、苔藓化等为典型特征，瘙痒常伴发在各期之中。

In the acute stage , papule , blister , scab and erythema are clinical features ; but in the chronic stage , dryness , scales and lichenification are clinical symptoms ; and pruritus is a concomitant symptom in every stage .

研究目的：慢性湿疹是皮肤科常见病，其皮损主要以肥厚、粗糙、苔藓样化为主，同时具有瘙痒，反复发作的特点。这都给患者带来极大的痛苦。

Objective : Chronic eczema is a common disease in dermatology , its skin is thick , coarse , moss samples . At the same time , the patients feel huge itching and it attacks repeatedly , which makes the patients suffer a lots of pain .
