    OBJECTIVE To study the colonization of Black-pigmented bacteria ( BPB ) in infected root canals and discuss the correlation between Black-pigmented bacteria and clinical symptoms in chronic periodontitis .

  6. 又从58种药物中选择18种对产黑色素类杆菌进行抑菌试验,筛选出高效药物4种。

    18 kinds of the 58 herbs were selected to test for bacteriostatic effect on B. melaninogenicus and 4 of them showed high effect by screening .

    Results : The positive rates of black pigmented anaerobic strains and Pg among the patients were 67.2 % and 60.9 % respectively .

  8. 牙龈卟啉单胞菌在病变部位和健康部位的检出株数分别是122株和85株,占产黑色素G厌氧杆菌检出株数的32.3%和35.9%,差异无统计学意义。

    122 and 85 strains of Pg were isolated from diseased and healthy sites , which constituted 32.3 % and 35.9 % of the total isolated black pigmented anaerobic strains respectively .
