  1. A期12例中,CT分为A期8例,误为B期4例,其中3例有明显肾盂积水,1例为肾盂内出血;

    Of 12 stage A cases , 8 were correctly classified by preoperative CT scan , but 4 were wrongly classified as stage B , of which 3 had hydronephrosis and one had pyelic bleeding .

  2. 拔出双J管后复查IVP见狭窄段明显扩张,肾盂积水明显改善。其中1例1年后又狭窄,再次行球囊扩张及内支架置入后1年未再狭窄。
