Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound ( CEUS ) in the diagnosis of renal cystic lesion .

Conclusion The urinary protein excretion can be decreased in children with persistent HSPN by injecting methylprednisolone into intra-renal .

方法445例510个肾囊肿于CT导引下经皮穿刺肾囊肿抽液后注射无水乙醇治疗，445例中385例为单发肾囊肿，53例多发肾囊肿，7例多囊肾。

Methods Five hundred and ten renal cysts in 445 patients were undergone CT guided percutaneous renal cysts puncture and ethanol therapy . Among the 445 cases , 385 cases had solitary renal cyst , 53 multiple renal cysts , and 7 polycystic kidneys .

结果CEUS与CECT对不典型肾囊性病变的分级差异无显著性（P>0.05）；

Results The results of CEUS and CECT on atypical cystic lesions were not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ) .

结论CT引导介入乙醇注射治疗肾囊肿可避免外科手术，缩短疗程，并发症少，是目前合理而可靠的治疗手段，值得推广应用。

Conclusion The treatment of anhydrous ethanol injection into kidney cyst under CT guidance and intervention can avoid the surgical operation , shorten the course of treatment and reduce the complications . So it will be the reasonable and reliable treatment means at present , worthing prompting its application .
