本文也对两种不同的砷化镓纳米线太阳能电池的制作工艺进行了介绍，并指出现有工艺的不足之处，提出可以改进的方面，作为将来的研究的方向。

This article also introduce two different GaAs nanowire solar cell production processes , and point out the existing process deficiencies , give proposals for improvement , as future research directions .
