报道了由37个随机引物扩增出的毛竹黄、白笋个体RAPD指纹图谱，从分子水平上证实了毛竹黄、白笋个体存在真实的遗传差异。

RAPD fingerprinting maps of yellow and white bamboo shoot amplified by thirty-seven arbitrarily primers were reported . Difference between individuals of yellow and white bamboo shoot was detected on molecular level .

这与表型差异分析结果基本一致，说明育成的诱变系与相应基础材料间存在真实的遗传差异，扩充了种质资源。

Those results were consistent with phenotypics characters difference analysis . It explained that the genetic difference between bred mutants and corresponding basic material was true , and the germplasm resources was extended . 3 .
