疥宁霜和灭滴灵+维生素B6两治疗组优于4%硼酸酒精治疗组（P<0.01）。提示疥宁霜和灭滴灵+维生素B6在治疗蠕形螨性外耳道瘙痒症中疗效较佳。

It is suggested that Lindane cream and Metronida / ole with Vitamin B6 would be more effective than 4 % alcoholic boric acid for the treatment of Demodex external auditory pruritus ( P < 0.01 ) .

方法ELISA法检测36例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者血清特异性IgE水平。

Methods Serum sIgE were tested by ELISA in 36 patients .

结果发现所有ICP患者均有皮肤瘙痒症，其中33.8%的患者伴有皮肤或巩膜黄染；

Results All of the patients with ICP were showed cutaneous pruritus . Of 33.8 % patients accompanied with cutaneous or sclera icterus .

结论血清特异性IgE可能在老年皮肤瘙痒症患者发病中起着作用，老年皮肤瘙痒症与过敏原尤其是与吸入性过敏原有关。

Conclusion Serum sIgE may play a role in the development of senile skin pruritus . Allergens , especially inhalant allergens may be correlated with the disease .
