Objective : To construct Markov model for clinical followup data and predict the number of survival and death .

结果CD高表达与低表达之间的肿瘤转移人数和2年生存人数差异显著，且CD低表达患者的平均生存时间较高表达者为长。
Results : The level of CD expression significantly correlated with tumor metastasis and 2 year survival , and the mean period of survival in patients with low level CD expression was significantly longer than that in patients with high level CD expression .
