    The extract from Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance was obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction ( SFE-CO_2 ) technique .

  2. 结果:超临界CO2萃取灵香草提取物得率1.5%,鉴定出27个化学成分,溶剂法得率1.2%,鉴定出20个化学成分;

    Result : yield of extract of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance by supercritical CO 2 extraction is 1.5 % , 27 chemical components were identified , yield of solvent extraction is 1.2 % , and 20 chemical components were identified ;

  3. 超临界CO2法得到的灵香草萃取物收率为4.5%,高于水蒸气法的收率,且香气纯正。

    The result showed that the yield of the SFE-CO_2 product was 4.5 % , much higher than that of the steam distillation product , and its aroma was pure .

    Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance is a famous plant for its pleasant fragrance in China . By means of extraction with different solvents , column chromatography and capillary GC / MS / DC combination , 100 known chemical constituents were identified .
