Under normal pressure , taking 2 , 4 , 5-trichloro-6-methyl pyrimidine as a raw material , using nitrobenzene as a solvent and anhydrous potassium fluoride as a fluorinating agent , 2,4-difluoro-5-chloro-6-methyl pyrimidine ( designated as DCMP ) was synthesized with purity 92 % and yield 70 % .
