目的：观察口服盆腔炎颗粒对实验性大鼠慢性子宫内膜炎的治疗作用。

Objectives : To observe the therapeutic effects of Granule Peng Qiang Yan on chronic inflammation of endometrium in rat 's.

结论：盆腔炎颗粒对实验性慢性子宫内膜炎性粘连模型大鼠有较好的抗子宫粘连作用，同时提高机体免疫功能。

Conclusion : Granule Peng Qiang Yan possesses obvious therapeutic effects to promote immunologic function and inhibit metrosynizesis in the experimental chronic inflammation of endometrium in rats .

慢性卡他性子宫内膜炎50%（2／4）；

50 % for chronic and catarrhal endometritis ;

炎症因素所致的子宫异常出血是妇产科临床常见病症，如急慢性盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎、宫内节育器、宫内节育器或药流人流后出血、产后出血等均与炎症有直接或间接关系。

The abnormal bleeding of uterus such as acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease , endometritis , bleeding after Cu-IUD-Wearing , medical abortion or induced abortion , and flooding are the most popular female diseases . These diseases are directly or indirectly relative to inflammation .

A、B、C3组子宫内膜均无慢性炎症改变，D组8例存在慢性子宫内膜炎改变，与A、B、C组差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。

There was no case with chronic endometritis in A , B , C groups , but there were eight cases with chronic endometritis in D group ( P < 0.05 ) .
