天麻钩藤饮

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮对高血压病（肝阳上亢型）患者疗效和血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性的影响，为临床高血压病患者的治疗提供有力的理论依据。

Objective To investigate the effects of Gastrodia and Uncaria Beverage ( GUB ) on blood pressure and serum SOD Activity of patients with hypertension in the pattern of ascendant Liver Yang .

用天麻钩藤饮治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压，观察治疗前后的血浆内皮素（ET）、降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）水平。

The levels of endothelin ( ET ) and calcitonin gene related peptide ( CGRP ) in plasma were monitored in 73 cases primary hypertension with Yin-deficiency and exessive yang , who were treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction .

天麻钩藤饮组8只：天麻钩藤饮2ml/100g体重灌胃，每天1次（每ml含生药1g）。

The group of Tianma Gouteng Decoction ( 8 rats ): Tianma Gouteng Decoction 2ml / 100g weight feeding into stomach , one time a day ( There is 1g crude medicine per ml ) .

采用酶消化法体外培养HUVECs，利用HumanvonWillebrandfactor免疫细胞化学法鉴定，随机分为3组：对照组，AngⅡ组，AngⅡ+天麻钩藤饮组。

HUVECs were cultured in vitro by collagenase digestive method and identified with human von Willebrand factor immunocytochemical method . HUVECs were randomly divided into three groups : control group , Ang ⅱ group , Ang ⅱ and Tianma Gouteng Yin group .

方法：以乙基纤维素为辅料，制备天麻钩藤饮控释胶囊。

Methods : Prepare Castrodia and Uncaria Drink Extencap , ethyl cellulose as adjunct .

结论天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压（肝阳上亢证）有效，而且符合昼夜血压变化规律。

Conclusion Tianma Gouteng Decoction can lower blood pressure , in accordance with the rules of variation of blood pressure in day and night .

Study of Therapeutic Effect of Tian Ma Gou Teng ( TMGT ) Decoction in Treating Chronic Nephritis Hypertension with Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency

分别用天麻钩藤饮加减；知柏地黄汤加减；血府逐瘀汤加减；生蒲黄汤加减；归脾汤加减。

They are treated separately with modified Gastrodia and Urcaria decoction ; modified anenarrhena , phellodendron and rehmarinia decoction ; modified Blood-House stasis-dispelling decoction ; modified cat-tail pollen Decoction and modified Spleen-strengthening decoction .

目的：利用双向凝胶电泳和质谱技术，分析天麻钩藤饮治疗前后偏头痛肝阳上亢证大鼠下丘脑的蛋白质表达的差异。

AIM : Through two dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrogram technique , to analyze the proteins changes in hypothalamus of migraine rats with hyperactivity of liver-yang before and after treatment with Tianma Gouteng Yin .
