本研究采用化学分析和部分粪便收集法，对大连森林动物园妊娠后期梅花鹿精料营养成分及主要营养物质的表观消化率进行测定。

In this study , measurement on nutrimental composition and apparent rate for nutrimental matter have been carried out to purified diet for Cervus nippon Temminck in Dalian forest zoo during late stage of pregnancy by use of chemical analysis and partial dung collection methods .
