  1. 正常对照组(N),骨质疏松对照组(O)注射三蒸水;

  2. CO2浓度15%时,覆盖经三蒸水处理的石蜡油组,有15%的胚胎发育到4-细胞阶段,但4-细胞胚胎的卵裂球不规则,很快退化;

    At the CO 2 level of 15 % , 15 % embryos developed in the 4 cell stage with irregular blastomere and degenerated quickly in the group whose paraffin oil was treated with distilled water ;

    Methods In experimental group , rabbit fresh living bone compounds , immersed in 0.9 % sodium chloride and distilled water for 5 hours , were used for co culture with homogeneous bone marrow stromal cells .

    CONCLUSION : Living bone tissue can regulate and improve the adhesion characteristics of osteoblast , with the strongest effect when dipped in the tri-distilled water .

  8. 结果:实验组的成骨细胞贴壁率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),与三蒸水浸泡的兔活性骨组织共培养的同种成骨细胞的贴壁率最高。

    RESULTS : The adhesion rate of osteoblasts was significantly higher in the trial group than in the control group ( P < 0.01 ), and the highest when co-cultured with the rabbit living bone tissue dipped in tri-distilled water .

  9. 将80个样本分为8组,酸蚀前、酸蚀后依次用30%草酸钾、33%硝酸钾、极固宁、三蒸水处理牙本质表面。
