Superficial epigastric artery , the outer diameter of the original point is ( 1.2 ± 0.4 ) mm , the length of the main stem is ( 3.0 + 1.2 ) cm .

腹壁浅动脉，血管起点处外径（1.2±0.4）mm，主干长（3.0±1.2）cm；

Methods From 1994 to 1997 , 19 cases with degloving injury of hand were treated with two flaps , one flaps with the inferior epigastric artery as pedicle , another with superficial epigastric artery . The two skin flaps were designed oppositely to cover the injured hands .

方法1994年～1997年对19例手部脱套伤，急诊采用腹壁下动脉为蒂的薄皮瓣和腹壁浅动脉为蒂的薄皮瓣进行瓦合修复。

Methods From 1996 to 2003 , we treated 35 cases with fingers degloving injury or fingertip amputation by random abdominal flap , abdominal tubed pattern flap , tubed axial pattern flap with the inferior epigastric artery or superficial epigastric artery .

方法我院自1996～2003年应用腹部随意皮瓣、腹部皮管及腹股沟轴型皮瓣修复手指脱套伤、离断伤后皮肤软组织缺损35例。
