[ Results ] The expression of PMAM were increased in cerebral infarction groups and YHT could decrease PMAM expression ( P < 0.01 as compared with that in normal control group ) .

[结果]脑梗塞大鼠模型血小板膜粘附分子的表达较正常组为高（P<0.01）.而益气活血片能明显降低其表达（P<0.01）。

The increase of PMAM expression is one of the important pathological features of cerebral infarction in rats , and YHT can inhibit the activation of platelet by decreasing the expression of PMAM .

血小板膜粘附分子表达增高是脑梗塞的重要病理特征之一，益气活血片可能通过降低血小板膜粘附分子的表达，从而抑制血小板活化。
