[ Conclusion ] OECs transplantation may contribute to myeline repairment of EAE and improvement of sport function . OECs transplantation and methyl-vitamine B12 are synergic on myeline repairment .

结论OECs移植可以促进自身免疫性脑脊髓炎的髓鞘修复，改善运动功能，OECs与甲基维生素B12对于髓鞘的修复有较好的协同作用。

Conclusion : MMPs take the roles in every aspect of the pathological changes in EAE , it can destroy the blood brain-barrier , degrade the myeline sheath , damage the axons and generate immunogens .

结论：MMPs参与EAE发病的各个环节，具有破坏血脑屏障、降解髓鞘、损伤轴索和产生免疫原的作用。
