Methods : ( 1 ) RNA was extracted from four MM tissues and four melanocytic nevus ( MN ) tissues .

Results 90 . 0 % primary melanoma and 100 % metastatic melanoma had positive telomerase activity . Only 14.3 % melanocytic nevus showed positive telomerase activity . But the normal skins had no telomerase activity .

结果90.0%的原发性黑素瘤和100%的转移性黑素瘤显示端粒酶阳性，仅14.3%的黑素细胞痣呈阳性，而正常皮肤中均为阴性。

Methods Excised 144 cases of melanocytic naevi of 106 patients by using direct excision , tangential excision of razor graft , skin grafting and skin soft tissue expansion according to the site and diameter of the melanocytic nevus .

方法：根据痣的部位及大小，分别采用直接切除缝合法、切削术、植皮术和皮肤软组织扩张术，切除106例患者的144处皮损。
