Studies on effect and mechanism of Eqi Anti-tumor Prescription on myelocytic leukemia HL-60

莪芪抗瘤方剂对白血病HL-60细胞凋亡的作用及机理研究

The assessment system of ecological quality indices ( EQI ) consisting of organism abundance index , vegetation cover index , rivers density index , land deterioration index and pollution load index was used to investigate ecological environmental quality of Hunan province .

以生物丰度指数、植被覆盖指数、水网密度指数、土地退化指数、污染负荷指数为评价因子，运用生态环境质量指数（EQI）的评价体系，对湖南省生态环境进行了分析与评价。

Conclusion : According to Serum pharmacology , Eqi Anti-tumor Prescription could induce the apoptosis of acute myelocytic leukemia HL-60 cell , which maybe related to the up-regulation of intracellular Ca2 + level and the enhancement of activating caspase-3 .

结论：莪芪抗瘤方剂含药血清诱导白血病HL-60细胞发生凋亡，这种变化可能与细胞内Ca2+水平上调，Caspase-3活性增强有关。
