Alcohol was used as a hardener in treating 39 cases of Bartholin 'S cysts in our hospital between April 1991 and Feb.1992.The curative rate was l00 % with 36 cases ( 92.3 % ) cured with a single puncture .

我院自1991年4月至1995年2月选用98%无水乙醇作为硬化剂，治疗前庭大腺囊肿39例，均获治愈，其中1次穿刺后治愈36例，达92.30%。

This study was designed to observe the effects of trocar puncture in the treatment of Bartholin gland cyst or abscess . The cure rate of these 22 cases was 100 % , and no relapse of the disease occurred during the follow-up lasting for 5 to 12 months .

观察22例套管针法治疗前庭大腺脓（囊）肿的效果，治愈率100%，随访5~12月，无复发。
