Patients took 2 complex azintamide enteric tablets or placebo enteric tablets immediately after meal 3 times daily for 2 weeks .

Results Compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets greatly improved the symptom of abdominal fullness in each group of patients . Symptom scores were significantly decreased in 2 and 4 weeks ( P < 0.01 ) .

结果复方阿嗪米特肠溶片可明显改善功能性消化不良、慢性胆囊炎、胆结石及肝硬化患者腹胀症状，治疗2周及4周腹胀症状积分均明显下降（P<0.01）。

A total of 203 patients with dyspepsia were enrolled , and 191 patients had completed the study . All patients were divided into two groups randomly , complex azintamide enteric tablet treatment group ( 86 patients ) and control group ( 105 patients ) .

上海市11个临床中心共纳入消化不良患者203例，随机分为两组，资料完整并纳入统计分析者191例，治疗组86例，对照组105例。

The maximal water loading volume was significantly increased in patients with functional dyspepsia and chronic cholecystitis with gallbladder stones ( P < 0.01 ) . The total effective rate of compound azintamide for abdominal fullness was 80 % & 85 % .

治疗后功能性消化不良及慢性胆囊炎、胆结石患者最大饮水量明显增加（P<0.01），其对腹胀的总有效率为80%～85%。
