Clinical Investigation on Audile Monitoring of High Risk Infant of 0 ~ 12 Months

围产高危儿0～12月听力监测临床研究

OBJECTIVES : Through 68 patients of audile reconstruction with carbon material , to discuss the use of carbon materials in the audile reconstruction .

目的：通过68耳应用了炭材料的听力重建手术，探讨炭质材料在听力重建手术中的相关问题。

Results As the graft materials in tympanoplasty , tragus perichondrium and temporal muscular fasciae are effective to enhance the efficiency of drum membrane and audile of patients .

结果应用耳屏软骨膜及颞肌筋膜作为鼓膜移植材料，两者在提高鼓膜成活率和患者听力方面均效果良好。

Image memory , audile , sight and hand-trembling after treatment in therapy group were improved more significantly in contrast to those before treatment and in control group ( P < 0.05 - 0.01 ) .

治疗组治疗后图形记忆、听力、视力、手颤4项脑功能得分均比治疗前和对照组有显著提高（P<0.05～0.01）。

方法：慢性单纯性中耳炎2例，骨疡型中耳炎3例，胆脂瘤型中耳炎63例，均应用炭材料修复并行Ⅰ期听力重建手术。

Cases recovered and study in common school , 18 cases achieved to Language-degree 3 , 10 cases are training . the language rehabilitation was significant difficulty in the elder group than in other groups but Audile was no difference .

经术后康复7例进入普通学校正常学习，18例到达语言三级水平，10例在康复中，其中大年龄段语前聋患者术后听力水平虽与其他组相同，但语言康复显著困难。
