【 Method 】 Totally 1 099 children were randomly selected from three towns in Zengcheng district of Guangzhou , whose parents were interviewed with questionnaires .

Conclusion Case of Liu was considered to be the first reported case of dengue fever in Zengcheng district , and the source of infection was probably came from Conghua district .
