Methods The contents of MDA and SOD in serum of 40 patients with AICH and 40 healthy control group were measured respectively by thiobarbituric acid ( TBA ) and xanthine oxidation ( XTO ) methods .

方法采用硫代巴比妥酸比色（TBA）、黄嘌呤氧化法（XTO）分别测定40例AICH患者和40例健康人血清中MDA、SOD的含量。

Results Compared with the control group , the changes of the contents of MDA and SOD , the increase of MDA and the decrease of SOD , had statistic significance obviously in serum of patients with AICH ( P < 0.01 );
